Turkish Lentil with Sumac & Mint

This soup is divine and fast becoming a favorite.  Simple ingredients combined with the tartness of sumac, the subtle freshness of mint, and earthiness of tahini creates a flavorful, intriguing and nutritious soup that ends with a lovely mild heat. This is our soup with the highest protein and fiber.
